Each sensor leaves our factory with a calibration certificate traceable to national standards, and we archive test data for five years so you can compare drift if a sensor comes back for re-calibration. Production flexibility sets us apart from many load cell suppliers. We keep stocks of standard 3,000 kN anchor cells, but also produce 800 kN thin-profile load cells for tunnel lining checks within two weeks. Our team does the bonding, wiring, and compensation in-house, which lets us handle unusual requirements: a 6-wire bridge for long cable runs, IP68 sealing with molded boots, or stainless steel construction for saline groundwater. Minimum order quantities start at one piece for prototypes, and we can ramp to 200 units per month without subcontracting. Global shipping is handled through FedEx and DHL, with typical transit times of 5–8 days to Europe and North America. All shipments include mounting kits and test data on a USB drive. We also provide remote troubleshooting via video call and have field engineers available for complex commissioning work—actual engineers, not sales reps reading a script.
